Andong Jjimdak is a variety of jjim (a Korean steamed or boiled dish), which originated in the city of Andong. This is made with chicken, various vegetables marinated in Korean soy sauce based sauce. This is cooked over high heat, it has less fat and can have various tasted by adding desired ingredients according to recipe. This is also considered a nutritious dish with its high protein content from the chicken, and various vitamins provided by the vegetables in the dish.
Samgyetang is Korean ginseng chicken soup. Its a very healthy food during in summer. Baeksuk = Samgyetang The difference is we use bigger chicken than Samgyetang and we also make chicken and vegetable porridge from the chicken soup. - Use fresh chicken (2 whole chicken) - Put 5 kind of herbs from Korea (황기, 오가피, 헛개나무, 두충, 당귀) + ginseng, garlic, date, wild sesame powder - Provide one whole chicken, 2 legs and soup + other part we make into chicken vegetable porridge

Bigmama's Suyuk (pork belly) is not boiled in water unlike normal Suyuk. Bigmama's Suyuk is less oily as unnecessary fat is removed during cooking. It tastes plain and clean as if it is cooked in an oven. Enjoy Bigmama's Suyuk with various sauces!
